Partnership Structure

İş Leasing was established in 1988 as a partnership of a World Bank corporation IFC, Türkiye İş Bankası, Industrial Development Bank of Turkey, Industrial Investment Bank and Societe Generale. Türkiye İş Bankası has acquired all the shares of foreign investors in 1995 and accelerated the activities even more. Thanks to the nationwide branches of İş Bankası, İş Leasing became one of the leading companies in the Turkish Leasing Sector. Certain part of its shares were offered to the public in March 2000.

Constantly developing and increasing its business volume since its establishment, İş Leasing has realized many major projects. İş Leasing shall continue to stand by any and all investors that would like to seize the investment projects in a fast, right and efficient way as a strong business partner.

Holders of A group shares have the privilege of determining members of the Company’s Board of Directors. Due to such privilege, members of the Company’s Board of Directors are appointed from the candidates nominated by holders of A group shares.

There are no non-corporate shareholders of the Company. However, non-corporate shareholders with %5 and above share, after eliminating the effects of indirect ownership, are disclosed in the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) under the “General Information form of the Company”. “General Information form of the Company” is avaiable at www.kap.gov.tr
