The İş Leasing Ethics Hotline has been established to support sustainability management and promote a more transparent and fair corporate environment. It enables stakeholders to report non-compliance and ethical violations, helping to address their concerns and resolve issues.

Examples of violations or misconduct that may be reported through the Ethics Hotline include:

* Occupational Health and Safety violations

* Conduct harmful to environmental protection

* Data privacy and information security violations

* Harassment, violence, and threats

* Legal non-compliance

* Human rights and employee rights violations

* Bribery and corruption

* Misconduct by managers

* Discrimination

* Negligence of duty and abuse of authority

Reports regarding unethical conduct can be submitted through the contact channels above Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Reports may also be submitted anonymously. İş Leasing values confidentiality and does not take any retaliatory action against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
