  • To obtain the application form, please prepare and submit the following documents are balance sheet and income statement for the last two years and year-end trial balance for the most recent fiscal year
  • Current interim period trial balance and the most recent income statement
  • Original signature circular (dated within the last year)
  • Trade Registry Gazette (establishment and any changes in partnership), activity certificate, and photocopies of the tax certificate
  • Photocopies of ID cards, residence certificates (dated within the last 6 months), signature declarations, and tax identification cards of the company partners and guarantors
  • A recently dated certificate of authority issued by the affiliated Trade Registry Office
  • For sole proprietorships: title deed photocopies of the business owner
  • For capital companies: title deed photocopies of the partners and the company
  • Pro forma invoice issued by the supplier in the name of İş Finansal Kiralama A.Ş., including the applicable VAT rate, for the equipment to be leased (For invoice details, please click here)
