İş Leasing
İş Leasing was established in 1988 as a joint venture between the World Bank's IFC, Türkiye İş Bankası, Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası, Sınai Yatırım Bankası, and Societe Generale. In 1995, Türkiye İş Bankası acquired all the shares of its foreign partners, thereby accelerating the company's operations.
Having become one of the leading companies in the developing Turkish leasing sector, a portion of İş Leasing's shares was offered to the public in March 2000.
